First off I first called Brandon a few weeks ago because my house had no electricity at all, and I could not figure it out, It was on a Sunday and I was ready to get his voicemail, but he answered and he said he would be right on over, but in the meantime, Evergy Came over and we needed to have been done with to move the main switch back over.. The guy with Evergy said if it happened again that I would have to call an electrician.. so Friday late afternoon, Fourth of July the main switch turned off again and I turned it back on and then it turned off again 20 minutes later.. So throughout the weekend, I was really wondering if this is something I needed to get replaced or not and my intuition said to go ahead and do it so this morning, Monday, I called him first thing in the morning because I was really anxious and worried and I also gave him a message and he did not Feeling that I was annoying him or what have you .. Brandon was very professional and his tone of voice I could feel A good energy from him and so I just trusted that and he came over later in the morning and said that the way that I have it because I have a old house in the last time it was replaced was in the middle 70s so the way that I have it it would be extremely hard so anyway I agreed to have the whole panel replaced because I had a friend come over the other day to just look at it so I would know what to talk about and my friend suggested the panel To be replaced.. So I know what Brandon had suggested with something that I really did need and not something just to make more money from.. He quoted me a price and I was aware of different prices and I feel like it was a very fair reasonable price for him to do all this work.. When Brandon was over here, he was very friendly but not over friendly but just pleasantly friendly and he was very neat and precise with the job he was doing.. I feel so extremely relieved that the electricity coming to my house. I don’t have to worry about it. Off or possibly starting a fire because I’ve been highly anxious about this situation.. So I highly highly recommend Brandon with Pro electric, I could sense he was an honest, hard-working individual with integrity!!!
